Customer Acquisition Manager

We're looking for someone enthusiastic and creative who can work remotely with our Product and Marketing team to identify and develop customer acquisition opportunities, recruit new partners, promote a new brand and drive new business in the US. Kyup is a project by SiteGround, a leading international IT company with a rapidly growing client base from all over the world. Every day we look to push boundaries and provide web hosting services that impress our customers. With only a handful of people working from their university dorm rooms in the beginning, 10 years ago, today we have about 200 employees and are constantly growing. However, we never lost the enthusiasm and the friendly spirit that has ever been very important part of our company culture.

What you will be doing:

  • Working remotely with our Product and Marketing manager to participate in implementing our communication strategy;
  • Identifying and working on event opportunities - sponsorships, meeting with partners, meetups, trade shows;
  • Identifying and maintaining partnership opportunities;
  • Developing a content and inbound strategy to reach new customers through cross-promotions and partnerships;

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has at least 5 years experience in a marketing role with similar responsibilities;
  • Has experience with market research - getting to know our target market, performing competitor analysis, and applying this into a customer acquisition strategy;
  • Has experience with managing events, from research to execution, achieving a ROI on budget;
  • Enjoys working with a distributed team;
  • Is comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements;
  • Is able to work independently, be proactive and handle uncertainty;
  • Is willing to travel throughout the USA for trade shows and meetings;

A strong understanding of developers' needs and the cloud hosting market is a great advantage.
